Make the load visible If several rooms or stored areas are involved, the managed home clearance may be the more useful scope.
Separate everyday contents from demanding material
A full-room image shows extent, but each material group needs enough detail for assessment. Count ordinary bags, show the dimensions of bulky furniture and photograph tiles, rubble or other project debris apart from lighter waste. Mention items stored on different floors and say whether anything is loose or already dismantled. Bags should remain manageable and must not conceal broken sharp material or unknown substances. Paints, solvents, batteries, fuel, gas cylinders and unidentified liquids require declaration, not casual mixing. Honest notes about weight and condition are more useful than a guessed label such as small load.
