Large wardrobes and beds may not pass through doors after assembly, so they are normally built in their final room. The assembler checks packaging and visible panels before starting, then groups hardware and follows the manufacturer sequence. Floor protection is used while large panels are laid out. Fixings are tightened progressively so the frame can be squared before final adjustment.
